Blues master Walter Trout is coming to the Scottish Rite Theatre in downtown Peoria on September 24th! Trout has been curating his unique brand of blues for the last seven decades and has created a trademark sound that is equal parts thriller, romance, and suspense! Local indie jam band, The Smokers Blues Band, will start the evening at 6:00 PM, and Trout will take the stage at 7:30 PM.
Trout’s career has spanned the globe and has gained him notoriety as one of the great purveyors of blues and blues rock. “To say that a man with a career like Walter Trout’s has never sounded better is quite a statement…but Walter Trout, you have never sounded better,” says PowerPlay.
